TUE 12th – NPSSC AGM. Club opens at 6pm
SAT 16th – CLUB TRIP TO THIRSK RACES ( See Below)
SAT 16th – Retirement do for Anthony Lawson. Club opens at 12 noon
SUN 17th – Newcastle v West Ham at 5.30. Club opens at 12 noon
THU 21st – EA Quiz Night – Everyone welcome Cash Prizes. Club opens at 5pm
SUN 24th Fulham v Newcastle on Last day of the season. (TV COVERAGE TO BE CONFIRMED). Club opens at 2pm
SAT 30th – Retirement do for Darren Lant. Club opens at 12 noon
REGULAR OPENING HOURS
In addition to the events listed above, the Club is open regularly as follows,
THU – 5pm to 11pm – Happy Hour from 5pm till 7pm
FRI – 5pm to 11pm – Fizz Friday all Night
SAT – 12 noon to 11pm – Happy Hour from 12 noon till 3pm (Ex Match days)
COMPUTER GLICH – SATURDAY BOOKINGS
Last month we identified a computer glitch in our booking system, and found that we had lost all of our Saturday Bookings for the remainder of 2026.
If you have not yet contacted me regarding a booking that you may have on a Saturday this coming year, please contact me so that I can reinstate it, to avoid double bookings going forward
CLUB STAFF WANTED
The club is on the look out for new Staff to complement the group of young people who work in your club at the minute.
This is an ideal role for a student living in Newcastle, so if anyone has a young person at home, who would like to earn a bit of extra cash, contact me at [email protected]
CLUB ANNUAL TRIP TO THIRSK RACES
The annual trip to the races takes place on Sat 16th May 2026 and we have a few seats left on our coach.
The total cost ofthe trip is £45 which includes return coach travel, and course entry.

NEW PRODUCTS
ALPACALYPSE
The Club is pleased to announce the installation of a new IPA in the Club, Alpacalypse
BUZZBALLZ
We have also introduced the pre-made Cocktail range BUZZBALLZ which is available at £5 each or 2 for £8. Be careful though, becasue they are strong.
CLUB SECURITY
With the opening of the Stack opposite the Club, we have found a number of strangers trying to get into the Club. This would appear to have been by mistake, but it has happened on three or four occasions now.
Please be aware of this when you are coming and going, and do not let anyone tailgate you in. If you do not know them or recognise them, please challenge them, in a polite way of course.
It is your Club, so please help us keep everyone safe.
CCTV
The Club is looking to extend its CCTV system to cover the staircase and entrance doorway. This is predominantly for the security of our young staff, as well as the increased footfall on Pilgrim Street with the opening of the new Stack and the details of the above paragraph. There will be a monitor in the Club with the CCTV cameras displayed
